Very difficult flat Steelway in Freehold, NJ, because the existing opening was too narrow. We notched the left masonry for hinge clearance to save 3". We then ordered the custom unit to have an inside width of 30" instead of 27". Note that 28" is needed for a washer or dryer. Nov 21, 2025. Software glaze color.

New inside and outside stairs for customer in Monroe County, PA. The cellar door is a custom Steelway glazed in Rustic Red.
