I would definitely recommend Confident Home Remodelers. I contacted Eric from Confident Home Remodelers to provide an estimate on repairing my basement Bilco door and steps. This was an item from a home inspection on the sale of my home. The door was leaking water under the front sill causing the concrete to breakup (think freeze / thaw cycles) allowing more moisture in rotting the steps along causing additional issues. Eric examined all the issues and provided his solution to the problem explaining it to me step by step. When he wrote up the proposal it contained all the things he had described and his price was very good. He was able to start the next day and completed the job in three days. He completed the job before any of the other contractors were even going to be able to begin the work. This was important to me as the contract had an aggressive closing date.
