When the house doesn’t qualify for a mortgage until that Cellar / Bilco door is changed, we are the company to call. We get several of these calls every year. It is always 7 - 10 before the scheduled closing, and nobody else can turn around a Bilco install that fast.

BILCO AVAILABILITY

– In Stock !!! We keep common Bilco sizes in stock. They otherwise take 2-4 weeks just to order. Peak season (late March – June, and September – October) takes longer.

– Stocking Bilco units is a developing aspect of our business plan. As of January, 2024, I am still organizing my workshop and storage space, so I can stock more Bilco units, as well as glazing and cement supplies. I am buying and setting up thousands of dollars of equipment to spray the Bilco's indoors, including a large air scrubber / filter that will remove fumes and spray particles from the air. The room is framed and ready, and the equipment is on order. This will allow indoor spraying in a fully lit, climate-controlled, and completely dust-free environment, without us breathing and smelling it. We'll be able to glaze no matter what the weather throws at us. This is taking priority over vehicle needs.

– Right now, I’m keeping one Bilco O, B, and C in stock. When each sells, I order another. Customers might contact me when one is “on order”. I want to keep one each of the flat BR1 and BR3 series, and to have at least two of the O, B, and C units at all times. 

GORDON AVAILABILITY

– I have a supplier who stocks the Gordon brand. We can still replace the cellar door, fast, on an emergency basis. Most sellers want the cheapest brand, and they want it unpainted or unglazed. Gordon is a tad cheaper than Bilco, and the quality is less. Beware that some contractors and suppliers call them "Bilco's", but actually they are the Gordon brand.

MATERIAL-ONLY SALES TO CONTRACTORS

– I can also sell Bilco’s to other contractors, either glazed or with the basic factory pre-primed red. For resales, I’ll be marking up the factory pre-primed red units $300 over published Home Depot costs. We are stocking them, and providing the availability of the product, so this is fair.

– There are dozens of lumberyards and masonry supply houses in our service area (Central and Northern NJ, and Eastern PA), and nobody stocks the Bilco brand. The one place in Nutley that once stocked Bilco stopped doing so around 2015.

DIRECTIONS

- On the map, at first glance I'm in the middle of nowhere, but that is not the case. We are only a half-mile off the main thoroughfare of Warren County, which is Route 57. Take Route 57, make a right at the cows, and a left at the cornfield, and you are here....LOL it's true. We are only a mile or so from Warren Community College where they hold the hot air balloon festivals for New Jersey. The Ridge & Valley Region of northwestern New Jersey is quite scenic. We love it here. This valley runs directly into the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania, and then runs west of Gettysburg all the way to the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.

- Going west, Route 57 merges straight into Route 22 West in Phillipsburg, NJ without turning, and in 10 minutes you can reach Easton, PA. Going east, Route 57 goes straight to Hackettstown, NJ in 18 minutes.

- I have 800 feet of gravel driveways on a 3.5 acre property, and there's a turn-around space for small to mid-size trucks to back into the "business driveway" that accesses the garage. It's marked with an American flag on a tall spruce tree. I have three trees ready for Rockefellar Center, but I just can't part with them. I also have a residential driveway.

- I prefer not to publish my address on the internet, but it's on my contract, and I will provide it to customers or contractors visiting.
